RULE 31.8 SUSPENDED
Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent
to suspend Rule 31.8, relating to the timely filing of
amendments, to declare 3:00 p.m., Monday, March 20, 1995, the
deadline for the filing of amendments to House File 528.
The House stood at ease at 4:03 p.m., until the fall of the
gavel.
The House reconvened at  4:47 p.m., Speaker Corbett in the chair.

Relating to the establishment of the state percent of growth for
