The joint resolution having failed to receive a constitutional
majority was declared to have failed to be adopted and agreed to
by the House.
ADOPTION OF HOUSE RESOLUTION 7
Van Fossen of Scott called up for consideration House Resolution
7, a  resolution recognizing the 100th anniversary of the
founding of the chiropractic profession, and moved its adoption.
The motion prevailed and the resolution was adopted.
RULE 57 SUSPENDED
Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent
to suspend Rule 57, relating to the notice and agenda of
committee
