provisions relating to transfer, termination, and nonrenewal of
franchise agreements, and to a civil cause of action for
appropriate relief, and repealing certain franchise provisions.

House File 127, by Fallon and Coon, a bill for an act relating
to insurance coverage and licensing requirements for motor
vehicle operators in this state and providing penalties and
effective dates.

act relating to administrative procedures of rural water
districts.

House File 129, by committee on local government, a bill for an
act relating to county expenditures for mental health, mental
retardation, and developmental disabilities services by
providing for property tax reductions, establishing a county
fund for such services, and providing an effective date.

the State of Iowa to restrict the expenditure of state license
