The combined foundation base is 20 the sum of the regular program foundation base and the 21 special education support services foundation base. 22 Commencing with the fiscal year beginning July 1, 23 2000, the combined foundation base is the sum of the 24 regular program foundation base and the special 25 education support services foundation base and the 26 amount received in fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998, 27 and ending June 30, 1999, under chapter 295." 28 2.
