  1  1    Amend House File 2486, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 14, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "The" the following:  "members of the legislative
  1  5 council, the".
  1  6    #2.  Page 14, by striking lines 24 through 26 and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "deemed useful.
  1  8    c.  The legislative council shall review the
  1  9 governor's proposed action within sixty days of
  1 10 receiving notification of the action.  If the
  1 11 legislative council fails to approve the proposed
  1 12 action, the governor shall not proceed with the
  1 13 proposed action."
