  1  1    Amend Senate File 2468 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 23.
  1  3    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 32 through 35 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "receipts over three million
  1  5 dollars.  However, beginning January 1, 1997, the rate
  1  6 on any amount of adjusted gross receipts over three
  1  7 million dollars from gambling games at racetrack
  1  8 enclosures is twenty-two percent and shall increase".
  1  9    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 6 through 20.
  1 10    #4.  Title page, line 1, by striking the words
  1 11 "real property used in or".
  1 12    #5.  Title page, line 2, by striking the words "a
  1 13 racetrack" and inserting the following:  "gambling
  1 14 games on or at a riverboat".
