  1  6 hundred thousand" and inserting the following:  "five
  1  7 hundred thousand one million".
  1  8    #3.  Page 2, line 32, by striking the words "or a
  1  9 state agency".
  1 10    #4.  Page 2, line 35, by striking the words "or
  1 11 state agency".
  1 12    #5.  Page 3, line 2, by striking the words "five
  1 13 hundred thousand" and inserting the following:  "one
  1 14 million".
  1 15    #6.  Page 3, line 33, by striking the words "state
