  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 34, by striking the word
  1  4 "intimidate" and inserting the following:  "use,
  1  5 intimidate,".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 34, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "person" the following:  "without justification".
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, line 37, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "death" the following:  "without justification".
  1 10    #4.  Page 1, line 48, by inserting after the word
