  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3149, to Senate File 213 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "card." the following:  "However, if the department
  1  5 has reason to believe that the person is no longer
  1  6 eligible for a handicapped parking permit, the
  1  7 department may require that the person submit a
  1  8 physician's or chiropractor's statement indicating
  1  9 that the person is still eligible for a handicapped
  1 10 parking permit."
