  1  1    Amend Senate File 213 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 5, line 33, by striking the words
  1  3 "furnish evidence" and inserting the following:
  1  4 "certify".
  1  5    #2.  Page 6, line 1, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "handicapped." the following:  "A person shall not be
  1  7 required to submit a chiropractor's or physician's
  1  8 statement at the time of renewal of the person's motor
  1  9 vehicle license or nonoperator's identification card."
  1 10    #3.  Page 11, lines 21 and 22, by striking the
  1 11 words "by providing a physician's or chiropractor's
  1 12 statement".
