  1  1    Amend Senate File 344 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 9 and inserting the
  1  3 following:  "safety services without approval of at
  1  4 least sixty percent or more of the members of the city
  1  5 council.  If a".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, line 12, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "adopt" the following:  ", by at least a sixty percent
  1  8 majority,".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, line 15, by striking the word
  1 10 "However,".
  1 11    #4.  Page 1, by striking lines 16 through 20.
  1 12    #5.  Title page, line 3, by striking the word "a".
  1 13    #6.  Title page, by striking line 4 and inserting
