  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-5419, to Senate File 2443,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 46 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "The director of the department shall manage the
  1  7 strategic investment fund so that the appropriation
  1  8 made in this section is sufficient to fund programs
  1  9 through the strategic investment fund for the entire
  1 10 fiscal year without the need for a supplemental
  1 11 appropriation."
