  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment, H-3928, to House File
  1  2 471, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 28 through 31 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "of corrections shall issue
  1  6 a request for proposals for the conducting of a study
  1  7 of the various risk assessment".
  1  8    #2.  Page 2, line 35, by striking the words
  1  9 "rehabilitation and make" and inserting the following:
  1 10 "rehabilitation.  The person or persons conducting the
  1 11 study shall consult with faculty members with
  1 12 expertise in risk assessment who are from Iowa
  1 13 institutions of higher education which offer degree
  1 14 programs in criminology.  The study shall include
  1 15 any".
