  1  1    Amend House File 120 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 30 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  For property tax relief by using moneys
  1  5 allocated from the technology assistance trust fund
  1  6 for educational purposes that the district would
  1  7 otherwise have raised by property tax.  A district
  1  8 that uses technology assistance trust fund moneys for
  1  9 property tax relief shall notify the department of
  1 10 management, which shall reduce the rate of the
  1 11 additional property tax levy under section 257.4 to
  1 12 reflect the amount of technology assistance trust
  1 13 funds moneys used under this paragraph."
  1 14    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
