The bill, having received a constitutional majority, was declared to
have passed the Senate and the title, as amended, was agreed to.
IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED
Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
House File 683 be immediately messaged to the House.
RECESS
On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate recessed at 1:13 a.m.
until the completion of a meeting of the committee on Rules and
Administration.
RECONVENED
The Senate reconvened at 1:17 a.m., President Kramer presiding.
INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION
Senate Concurrent Resolution 22, by committee on Rules and
Administration, a concurrent resolution to provide for a temporary
adjournment for the purpose of resolving outstanding issues.
