operations of the department of education and school boards.
House File 595, a bill for an act relating to certain voluntary
annexations and to involuntary annexations and providing an
effective date.
ALSO: That the House has on May 1, 2003, passed the following bills in which the
concurrence of the Senate is asked:
House File 490, a bill for an act relating to the right of
condemnation of owners of certain land and including effective and
applicability date provisions.
Read first time and referred to committee on Local Government.
House File 701, a bill for an act relating to the individual income
tax by reducing the tax rates and number of tax brackets and
including a contingent effective and applicability date provision.
Read first time and referred to committee on Ways and Means.
