The Senate reconvened at 12:00 p.m., Senator McKibben presiding.
QUORUM CALL
Senator Putney requested a nonrecord roll call to determine that a
quorum was present.
The vote revealed 43 present, 7 absent, and a quorum present.
President Kramer took the chair at 12:20 p.m.
LEAVES OF ABSENCE
Leaves of absence were granted as follows:
Senator Miller, until he returns, on request of Senator Hosch; Senator Redfern,
until he returns, on request of Senator Lamberti; and Senator McCoy, until he returns,
