Senator McKibben called up for consideration Senate File 402, a
bill for an act relating to the admissibility of prior criminal offenses
into evidence in the prosecution of certain sexual offenses, amended
by the House, and moved that the Senate concur in House
amendment S-3280, filed April 22, 2003.
