  1  1    Amend Senate File 402, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 27 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 708.2, Code 2003, is amended by
  1  6 adding the following new subsection:
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  4A.  A person who commits an
  1  8 assault, as defined in section 708.1, and who uses any
  1  9 object to penetrate the genitalia or anus of another
  1 10 person, is guilty of a class "C" felony."
  1 11    #2.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
  1 12 word "to" the following:  "sexual assault offenses by
  1 13 affecting".
  1 14    #3.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1 15 word "offenses" the following:  "and by modifying the
  1 16 penalties for certain assaults".
  1 17    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
