making changes relating to absentee voting procedures, including
request and delivery of absentee ballot applications, delivery of
absentee ballots to the voter, and delivery of completed absentee
ballots to the county commissioner of elections, and including
effective date provisions, was taken up for consideration.
Senator Kibbie offered amendment S-3229, filed by Senator
Kibbie, et al., on April 15, 2003, striking everything after the enacting
clause and to the title page of the bill, and moved its adoption.
A record roll call was requested.
