Relating to economic development by creating a position of
technology transfer advisor, creating a loan and credit guarantee
program and fund, creating an economic development marketing
board, providing for a business start-up information internet web site,
creating a grow Iowa fund, making appropriations and related tax
changes, making changes to urban renewal law and related taxes,
and including effective date and retroactive applicability date
provisions.
