House File 319
The Senate resumed consideration of House File 319, a bill for an
act permitting written demand via regular mail prior to an action
under the uniform commercial code for recovery of civil damages for a
dishonored check, draft, or order, when supported by an affidavit of
service, deferred April 2, 2003.
Senator Behn moved that the bill be read the last time now and
placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
the bill was read the last time.
