Senator Angelo offered amendment S-3087, filed by him on
March 25, 2003, to pages 4, 5, and 7 of the bill, and moved its
adoption.
Amendment S-3087 was adopted by a voice vote.
Senator Angelo offered amendment S-3100, filed by him on
March 27, 2003, to pages 4 and 5 of the bill, and moved its adoption.
Amendment S-3100 was adopted by a voice vote.
Senator Angelo moved that the bill be read the last time now and
placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
the bill was read the last time.
