Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
for consideration Senate File 368.
Senate File 368
On motion of Senator Angelo, Senate File 368, a bill for an act
relating to advanced telecommunications services, including
modification of rate provisions, economic development promotional
certification, and a study of competition and access charges by the
utilities board, was taken up for consideration.
