Senate Concurrent Resolution 10, by Tinsman, a concurrent
resolution designating the Iowa tartan and the Iowa dress tartan as
the official state tartan.

Senate Concurrent Resolution 11, by Boettger, a concurrent
resolution urging the United States Congress to act to remove trade,
financial, and travel restrictions relating to Cuba.
