Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 380 (formerly SF 125), a bill for an act relating to
funding for nongame wildlife programs by increasing the fees for special natural
resources motor vehicle registration plates.

Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

Final Vote: Ayes, 11: Drake, Putney, McCoy, Fraise, Houser, Johnson, Kettering,
Rehberg, Shull, Warnstadt, and Zieman. Nays, 2: Beall and Dearden. Absent, none.

Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

EXPLANATION OF VOTES

MADAM PRESIDENT: I was necessarily absent from the Senate chamber on
March 5, 2003, when the votes were taken on Senate Files 134, 180, 185, and 201 and
House File 215. Had I been present, I would have voted “Yea” on all.
