of rejected state claims to the general assembly’s appropriations
committees.

Senate File 169, by Angelo, a bill for an act relating to the
conduct and licensure of school employees by creating a criminal
offense of sexual exploitation by a school employee, providing a
penalty, authorizing the board of educational examiners to perform
record checks at the applicant’s expense, and requiring school
districts and schools to report practitioner misconduct under certain
circumstances.

Education.
