The House met pursuant to adjournment at 8:51 a.m., Gipp of
Winneshiek in the chair.

relating to certification fees charged to commercial manure
applicators, and providing an effective date.

appropriation to the department of education for purposes of making

operators to take certain precautions when passing stationary utility maintenance
