2 1. Page 4, by inserting after line 33 the
3 following:
4 "f. An assessment of quality of life issues
5 including issues related to education, environmental
6 protection, community design, tax policy, and
7 recreation. The assessment shall include how the
8 quality of life issues can be integrated into the
9 board's primary focus of economic development."
