11 4. Page 3, line 10, by striking the words "after
12 the property" and inserting the following: ", in the
13 case of a wildlife habitat that has been restored or
14 reestablished,".
15 5. Page 3, line 24, by inserting after the word
16 "property" the following: "is a restored or
17 reestablished wildlife habitat and".

Amendment H-1484 was adopted.

SENATE FILE 444 SUBSTITUTED FOR HOUSE FILE 669

Drake of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent to
substitute Senate File 444 for House File 669.

Senate File 444, a bill for an act relating to the requirements for
receiving a property tax exemption for open prairies and wildlife
habitats and including an applicability date provision, was taken up
for consideration.

Drake of Pottawattamie moved that the bill be read a last time
now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.

On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (S.F. 444)
