have passed the House and the title was agreed to.

House File 669, a bill for an act relating to the requirements for
receiving a property tax exemption for open prairies and wildlife
habitats and including an applicability date provision, was taken up
for consideration.

Drake of Pottawattamie offered the following amendment H-1484
filed by him and moved its adoption:

1 Amend House File 669 as follows:
2 1. Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the word
3 "prairie" the following: "that has been restored or
4 reestablished".
5 2. Page 2, line 13, by inserting after the word
6 "prairie" the following: "that has been restored or
7 reestablished".
