1 Amend the amendment, H-1400, to House File 668 as
2 follows:
3 1. Page 1, by inserting after line 44 the
4 following:
5 " . Page 3, by inserting after line 25 the
6 following:
7 "c. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004,
8 not more than two million dollars worth of
9 certificates shall be issued pursuant to paragraph
10 "b". For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005, and
11 every fiscal year thereafter, not more than ten
12 million dollars worth of certificates shall be issued
13 pursuant to paragraph "b".""

Amendment H-1436 was adopted.

On motion by Jenkins of Black Hawk amendment H-1400, as
amended, was adopted placing out of order amendment H-1435 filed
by Hogg of Linn from the floor.

Lukan of Dubuque moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
