  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1400, to House File 668 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 44 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 3, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "c.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004,
  1  8 not more than two million dollars worth of
  1  9 certificates shall be issued pursuant to paragraph
  1 10 "b".  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2005, and
  1 11 every fiscal year thereafter, not more than ten
  1 12 million dollars worth of certificates shall be issued
  1 13 pursuant to paragraph "b".""
