have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
SENATE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED
Alons of Sioux called up for consideration House File 644, a bill
for an act providing for manure application requirements, providing
for fees, making penalties applicable, and providing effective dates,
amended by the Senate, and moved that the House concur in the
following Senate amendment H-1370:
H-1370
1 Amend House File 644, as amended, passed, and
2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
3 1. Page 3, by striking lines 11 through 13, and
4 inserting the following: "license pursuant to section
5 17A.18A. The".
6 2. Page 6, by striking lines 28 through 34, and
7 inserting the following:
8 "The department may issue an order to suspend or
9 revoke the certification of a commercial manure
10 service representative for a violation of this
11 chapter. The department shall issue an order for the
12 suspension".
13 3. By striking page 10, line 16, through page 12,
14 line 25.
15 4. By renumbering as necessary.
The motion prevailed and the House concurred in the Senate
