  1  4 inserting the following:  "license pursuant to section
  1  5 17A.18A.  The".
  1  6    #2.  Page 6, by striking lines 28 through 34, and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "The department may issue an order to suspend or
  1  9 revoke the certification of a commercial manure
  1 10 service representative for a violation of this
  1 11 chapter.  The department shall issue an order for the
  1 12 suspension".
  1 13    #3.  By striking page 10, line 16, through page 12,
  1 14 line 25.
