13 is amended by adding the following new paragraph:
14 NEW PARAGRAPH. t. Wholesale bait dealer license ... $ 250.00
15 or the amount for the same type of license
16 in the nonresident's state, whichever is
17 greater".
18 2. Page 1, by striking lines 22 through 24 and
19 inserting the following:
20 "Sec. ___. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Act, being deemed
21 of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."
22 3. Title page, by striking line 3, and inserting
23 the following: "reciprocity, and providing an
24 effective date."
25 4. By renumbering as necessary.

Amendment H-1359 was adopted.

Lukan of Dubuque moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
