4 a manner that is useful to the consumer.
5 (4) Other information deemed appropriate by the
6 department."
7 2. By renumbering as necessary.
Petersen of Polk offered the following amendment H-1315, to
amendment H-1309, filed by her from the floor and moved its
adoption:
H-1315
1 Amend the amendment, H-1309, to House File 667 as
2 follows:
3 1. Page 2, line 2, by inserting after the word
4 "program" the following: "and those participating in
5 the child care food program".
Amendment H-1315 was adopted.
Petersen of Polk offered the following amendment H-1319, to
amendment H-1309, filed by her from the floor and moved its
adoption:
H-1319
1 Amend the amendment, H-1309, to House File 667 as
2 follows:
3 1. Page 2, line 4, by inserting after the word
4 "consumer." the following: "Information regarding
5 provider location shall identify providers located in
6 the vicinity of an address selected by a consumer and
7 provide contact information without listing the
8 specific addresses of the providers."
Amendment H-1319 was adopted.
On motion by Petersen of Polk, amendment H-1309, as amended,
was adopted.
