SENATE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED
Alons of Sioux called up for consideration House File 216, a bill
for an act relating to intelligence data and intelligence assessment
dissemination to an agency, organization, or person, amended by the
Senate, and moved that the House concur in the following Senate
amendment H-1184:

2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
3 1. Page 1, line 13, by inserting after the word
4 "person" the following: "when disseminated for an
5 official purpose, and".
6 2. Page 1, line 15, by inserting after the word
7 "imminent" the following: "serious".
8 3. Page 1, line 35, by striking the word "and"
9 and inserting the following: "or".
10 4. Page 2, line 10, by inserting after the words

13 5. Page 2, line 11, by inserting after the word
