1 Amend House File 652 as follows:
2 1. Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
3 following:
4 "Section 1. There is appropriated from the general
5 fund of the state to the state department of
6 transportation for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
7 2003, and ending June 30, 2004, the following amount,
8 or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the
9 purpose designated:
10 For the rail assistance program and to provide
11 economic development project funding:
12 .................................................. $ 100,000"
