  1  1    Amend House File 652 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Section 1.  There is appropriated from the general
  1  5 fund of the state to the state department of
  1  6 transportation for the fiscal year beginning July 1,
  1  7 2003, and ending June 30, 2004, the following amount,
  1  8 or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the
  1  9 purpose designated:
  1 10    For the rail assistance program and to provide
  1 11 economic development project funding:  
  1 12 .................................................. $    100,000"
  1 13    #2.  Title page, line 4, by inserting after the
  1 14 words "tax fund" the following:  ", the general fund
  1 15 of the state,".
