HOUSE STUDY BILL COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENT
H.S.B. 299 Appropriations
Relating to the funding of, the operation of, and appropriation of
moneys to the college student aid commission, the department for the
blind, the department of cultural affairs, the department of
education, and the state board of regents and including an effective
date.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS
MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully
reports that the following committee recommendations have been

COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 297), relating to and making
transportation and other infrastructure-related appropriations to the state department
of transportation, including allocation and use of moneys from the road use tax fund
and the primary road fund, and providing for the nonreversion of certain moneys.
Fiscal Note is required.
Recommended Do Pass March 19, 2003.
