HOUSE FILES 131 AND 140 WITHDRAWN

Eichhorn of Hamilton asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw House Files 131 and 140 from further consideration by the
House.

House File 592, a bill for an act relating to economic
development-related issues of the universities under the control of the
state board of regents by amending the composition of the Iowa
economic development board and the Iowa workforce development
board, changing the university-based research and economic
development Act to address commercialization of research, and
creating an Iowa commercialization advisory council, was taken up
for consideration.
