Committee Bill (Formerly House File 350), requiring that dealers of certain swine
file a surety bond with the department of agriculture and land stewardship.

House File 509, a bill for an act relating to deer and elk chronic wasting disease by
establishing a task force and requiring departmental cooperation in the
implementation of a chronic wasting disease administrative strategy, and providing an
effective date.

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 173), providing wine gallonage tax
revenue to support grape and wine development, and providing an effective date and
