act relating to the procedure for reducing the number of members of a
city council from five to three in certain cities and providing an

ADOPTION OF SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 1
Hansen of Pottawattamie called up for consideration Senate
Concurrent Resolution 1, a concurrent resolution relating to the
federal Medicare program and requesting assistance from the federal
government, and moved its adoption.
The motion prevailed and the resolution was adopted.
IMMEDIATE MESSAGE
Gipp of Winneshiek asked and received unanimous consent that
Senate Concurrent Resolution 1 be immediately messaged to the
Senate.
