Providing for evidence of financial responsibility filed by commercial
pesticide applicators.
H.S.B. 237 Judiciary
Relating to the assessment of a correctional fee by a county or
municipality.
H.S.B. 238 Judiciary
Relating to payment of restitution to the state or a political
subdivision of the state in certain criminal offenses.
H.S.B. 239 Human Resources
Relating to the regulation of adult day services, providing for
appropriations and penalties, and providing a contingent effective
date.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS
MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports
that the following committee recommendations have been received
and are on file in the office of the Chief Clerk.

COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS
Committee Bill (Formerly House File 255), relating to fees charged to certain
private water supply contractors, establishing a private water supply system account
within the water quality protection fund, and appropriating moneys in the account.
Fiscal Note is required.
Recommended Do Pass March 3, 2003.
COMMITTEE ON COMMERCE REGULATION AND LABOR
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 31), relating to the definition and
authorized activities of a licensed real estate broker and making criminal penalties
applicable.
