INTRODUCTION OF BILLS
House File 200, by Carroll, a bill for an act relating to mental
health and developmental disabilities by expanding an exemption to
health care licensing requirements for certain residential programs
that receive funding under a medical assistance home and
community-based services waiver and approval from the department
of human services and revising membership requirements for the
mental health and developmental disabilities commission and
providing an effective date.
Read first time and referred to committee on human resources.
House File 201, by Fallon, a bill for an act prohibiting urban
renewal projects and urban renewal plans for retail development and
providing an effective date.
Read first time and referred to committee on local government.
House File 202, by Myers, a bill for an act relating to elections, by
changing the date of the primary election, by providing for the
biennial election of directors of local school districts, area education
agencies, and merged areas, and including effective and applicability
date provisions.
Read first time and referred to committee on state government.
