Chapel, What Cheer. He was the guest of Representative Betty
De Boef of Keokuk County.
The Journal of Monday, February 10, 2003 was approved.

Leave of absence was granted as follows:

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS
House File 162, by Elgin, a bill for an act providing for the
regulation and licensing of home inspectors.
Read first time and referred to committee on commerce,
regulation and labor.
House File 163, by Wise, a bill for an act relating to teacher
salary requirements and professional development programs and
making an appropriation.
Read first time and referred to committee on education.
House File 164, by Frevert, a bill for an act relating to utilization
of the district management levy to pay the cost of employee health
insurance benefits.
Read first time and referred to committee on education.
