COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS
MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports
that the following committee recommendations have been received
and are on file in the office of the Chief Clerk.

COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC SAFETY
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 5), relating to a .08 blood alcohol
concentration limit for motor vehicle operating while intoxicated offenses.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Do Pass January 23, 2003.
Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 7), requiring motor vehicle
operators to take certain precautions when passing stationary utility maintenance
vehicles and making a penalty applicable.
Fiscal Note is not required.
Recommended Do Pass January 23, 2003.
On motion by Lukan of Dubuque the House adjourned at 8:54 a.m.,
