The Speaker announced the following appointment to the Human
Resources Standing Committee: Representative Lukan of Dubuque
replaces Representative Arnold of Lucas.

Kurtenbach, and Arnold, a concurrent resolution to recognize
February 6 as Ronald Reagan Day in the State of Iowa.
