H.S.B. 18 State Government
Relating to massage therapy by providing for a study regarding the
modalities associated with massage therapy and providing a
temporary exemption from licensure requirements.
H.S.B. 19 Natural Resources
Relating to all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles, requiring annual
user permits for nonresidents, and making a penalty applicable.
H.S.B. 20 Local Government
Relating to the maximum age for employment of reserve peace
officers by cities and providing an effective date.
H.S.B. 21 Local Government
Relating to damage disclosure statements required for transfer of
ownership of motor vehicles.
H.S.B. 22 Local Government
Modifying the duties of county recorders.
H.S.B. 23 Local Government
Relating to adjustments to incremental property valuation in an
urban renewal area and providing for the Act’s applicability.
H.S.B. 24 Local Government
Relating to certain urban renewal areas and urban revitalization
areas and property tax exemptions in certain urban revitalization
areas.
H.S.B. 25 Local Government
Requesting that the legislative council create an interim study
committee to study the feasibility of making the offices of city and
county assessor elective offices.
